PR Hoops Recruit is a platform designed to help Puerto Ricans basketball players gain exposure to High School and College coaches and recruiters by creating profiles and sharing highlight videos
Who can join PR Hoops Recruit?
Student-athletes from Puerto Rico who are in middle school, high school, post-grad, or looking for opportunities in prep schools or college programs can create a profile
Is PR Hoops Recruit only for basketball players?
Yes, the platfom focuses on promoting Puerto Rican basketball talent
How do I create a player profile?
You can register on the Registration page and complete your athlete profile with your personal information, stats, and highlight videos
How do I upload my highlight videos?
Players can upload videos (game highlights, full game footage, or skill workout) directly or share links from video platforms
How long should highlight videos be?
Highlights videos should usually be 2-4 minutes long
Do I need to pay to create a profile?
There are 3 option plans to join: The Basic plan (FREE), PRO Plan (Pay to join), and Elite Plan (Pay to join). Please refer to the Membership Plans & Pricing page (* Coaches/Recruiters register for FREE *)
How long does the membership last?
Membership duration depends on the selected plan and will be clearly indicated during registration
Will the coaches/recruiters see my profile?
PR Hoops Recruit helps expose athletes to coaches and recruiters who are looking for talent in Puerto Rico
Can coaches/recruiters contact players directly?
Yes, coaches/recruiters may contact players or their families using the contact information provided on the profile
Does PR Hoops Recruit guarantee scholarships?
No recruiting service guarantee scholarships, but the platform helps increase exposure and opportunities
Can parents register their child?
Yes, parents/guardians may create and manage the athlete’s profile
