PR Hoops Recruit provides a platform where basketball players can create profiles, upload highlight videos, and, and gain exposure to coaches and recruiters and basketball programs in Puerto Rico and the United States (* It is an exposure platform; it does not guarantee scholarships or team placement *)
3. User Eligibility
Athletes, Parents/Guardians, Coaches, and Scouts can use the platform (* Players under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian *)
4. Player Profiles and Content
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information, statistics, videos, and content uploaded to the platform are accurate and do not violate any copyrights or third-party rights (* No false information; No offensive content; No copyrighted videos without permission *)
5. Video and Media Usage Rights
By uploading videos or content, users grant PR Hoops Recruit permission to display, promote, and share the content with coaches, scouts, and recruiting programs for exposure purposes
6. Payments and Membership
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
7. No Guarantee of Recruitment
PR Hoops Recruit does not guarantee athletic scholarships, recruitment, or placement on any basketball team or school program
8. Coach/Recruiters Contact and Communication
Coaches and recruiters may contact athletes or their families using the contact information provided in the player profile
9. User Conduct
What users cannot do in the platform:
* Upload illegal content
* Harass other users
* Post false information
* Use the site for non-basketball related purposes
10. Account Termination
PR Hoops Recruit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions
11. Limitation of Liability
PR Hoops Recruit is not responsible for decisions made by coaches, recruiters, schools, or programs
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy
13. Changes to Terms
PR Hoops Recruit may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
